Why Planes CRASH so Often in Nepal?

Nepal has had 27 fatal plane crash in last 30 year with the Tara Air Plane crash on May 29, 2022 being the latest addition to the that list. What I found weird was the fact that, we, in some capacity, were fully aware of the risks and why such flight crash. So, we know planes crash often in Nepal but why no one is doing anything to stop it or is it even stoppable?
